在別人的部落格裏看到星巴克(Starbucks)把台灣歸成中國的一省,建議一人一信寫信去抗議. 我也寫了抗議信. 過二天收到Starbucks的email,現在在它們的網站裏找台灣的城市,就只有註名Taiwan,而沒有用Province of China. 他們的服務還不錯,我們馬克偶爾也愛喝他們的咖啡. 最近我才收到一張大$5元的gift card. 好吧. 看在服務不錯的份上,就會繼續消費下去.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us.
Taiwan was previously labeled " Taiwan , Province of China " on the store locator system on Starbucks.com in deference to International naming conventions. Because Starbucks takes no position on political issues, the system has been adjusted and the store locator is now labeled " Taiwan ."

Message: Taiwan is an independent country not belong to China. I am from Taiwan and live in Seattle now. Just want to let you know that Taiwan is not part of China. Your compnay operated so many stores in Taiwan and make so much money from us. But how can your compnay did not know Taiwan is an independent country? please remove Province of China from Taiwan in the list. Thank you.
